Spider-Man co-stars Tom Holland and Zendaya are engaged.
TMZ reported that he proposed in a private, intimate moment over the holidays. Tom dropped to one knee but only after telling Zendaya’s father of his intentions.
A source told People magazine that their inner circle wasn’t surprised (quote) “Everyone close to them knew an engagement was happening – just not when. He’s been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one.”
Zendaya wore her 5-carat diamond ring to the Golden Globes without the pair making a formal announcement. Viewers began speculating the moment she stepped onto the red carpet.
Tom and Zendaya confirmed their relationship in 2021. Wedding plans are not on hold while they’re focused on Spider-Man 4 that enters production this year. (TMZ)
