Fans of the late, great DMX now have a new way to celebrate his legacy. The Estate of Earl “DMX” Simmons has partnered with Bravado, the world’s leading artist merchandise and lifestyle company, to launch an official merch collection and online shop dedicated to the Yonkers legend. The drop went live today at darkmanx.com.
The collection features three t-shirts and two hoodies, including a special piece that recreates the graphic from his very first single, “Born Loser.” Other items pay tribute to classics like “Lord Give Me a Sign” and “Stop Being Greedy.” Along with the apparel, vinyl editions of Exodus, Let Us Pray: Chapter X, …And Then There Was X, and Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood are also available.
“DMX was authentic, bold and unforgettable—and so should be the merchandise that carries his name,” says Ashley Austin, Manager of the Estate of Earl “DMX” Simmons. “The Estate’s partnership with Bravado is a strategic milestone in our commitment to honoring his legacy with excellence, and ensures that we put forth only the best for his fans around the world.”
For DMX, style was always personal. “Growing up, Earl had very little — and often not enough — so as an adult he loved having the chance to dress well and wear things that presented the man he had become,” says Desiree Lindstrom and Sasha Simmons, Co-Administrators of the Estate. “This collection is a way of honoring that part of him. It is a heartfelt tribute, created to honor his love of style and share with fans clothing we know he would have been proud to wear.”
Bravado President Matt Young emphasized what this release means to the culture: “DMX is a cultural icon whose importance to hip hop cannot be understated. His music and message still resonate powerfully with legions of fans years after his untimely passing. This collection is a tribute to a legacy that continues to inspire and attract new generations of listeners.”
For the fans who grew up on his voice and spirit, the new web shop is more than just merch — it’s a chance to carry his legacy, his grit, and his truth forward.
