LIL NAS X: Arrested After Erratic Behavior

Lil Nas X was hospitalized early this morning after a bizarre incident in the streets of Los Angeles.

The “Old Town Road” singer was seen walking on Ventura Boulevard around 4:00 in the morning on Thursday, wearing just cowboy boots and his underwear. Multiple bystanders clocked what seemed like bizarre behavior, as he would alternately invite people to an unspecified party and threaten to take their phones. At another point, he picked up a traffic cone and put it on his head. Considering his appearance and erratic actions, some witnesses suspected he might be under the influence or suffering some sort of overdose.

When officers eventually showed up at the scene to try and see what was going on, he allegedly charged at cops. Shortly after, paramedics took him to a nearby hospital for treatment. (TMZ)

Nas has officially been charged with a crime after the incident, and was transported to a jail in Van Nuys. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department says  he was placed under arrest for battery on a police officer.
