Nicki Minaj made a surprise appearance Sunday at the conservative Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest conference in Arizona, where she heaped praise on President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance during a stage conversation with Erika Kirk, CEO of the youth organization.
Minaj, once critical of Trump’s policies, called him “handsome, dashing” and urged young men to look to him and Vance as “role models,” saying it was “OK to change your mind.”
The Grammy-nominated rapper also used Trump-style nicknames to attack California Governor Gavin Newsom and defended her support amid backlash from the entertainment industry.
