Barbra Streisand is not into rescuing. She’s cloning her dogs.
Eight years ago, she paid tens of thousands of dollars to create a pair of DNA-duplicates of a curly-haired Coton de Tulear she named Samantha.
Those clones, Violet and Scarlett, are getting up in age. Barbra wants to clone them now rather than wait til they died like she did with Samantha. A source said (quote) “She wants to get her cloned dogs cloned. Her dogs are her passion. She wants to get the ball rolling and build on her doggie family.” (Radar Online)
