ARIANA GRANDE: Jail Time for Red Carpet Crasher

The red carpet crasher who attacked Ariana Grande will spend time behind bars.

Johnson Wen pleaded guilty to being a public nuisance and was sentenced to nine days. The judge in Singapore, where the incident happened, scolded Johnson Wen for being an “attention seeker.” He’s also interrupted concerts this year by The Weeknd and Katy Perry.

Last week, Wen jumped the barricade for Wicked’s yellow carpet premiere, evaded security and accosted Ariana. Cynthia Erivo protected her co-star. The event triggered Ariana’s PTSD from the Manchester concert bombing in 2017. (New York Times)
