Nicki Minaj was the target this week of a random swatting attack.
A caller claimed that Nicki had been shot at her mansion outside of Los Angeles by a pair of suspects dressed in black from head to toe.
The Sheriff’s Department responded only to discover the 911 call was a fake. Nicki was not only safe but not even home at the time.
Two summers ago, on back-to-back months, police were called to Nicki Minaj’s residence on false pretenses. The woman that targeted Nicki was charged with swatting and one count for a fake tip about “child abuse” at Nicki’s home to the Department of Children and Family Services. (Billboard)
