JAY-Z’s Attorney Presents Audio of Accuser Admitting Attorney Tony Buzbee Pushed Her to Lawsuit

New audio has emerged from a private investigator revealing JAY-Z’s rape accuser admitting that attorney Tony Buzbee pushed her to go after the Hip-Hop mogul. In the exclusive audio obtained by ABC News, the woman also tells Buzbee that the sex crime never happened.

Speaking with investigators, the woman confirmed JAY-Z had no part in a sexual assault. “He [Buzbee} was the one that kind of pushed me toward going forward with him, with JAY-Z,” the woman is heard saying in the recording.

The woman stated she did not know why Buzbee asked her to go after JAY-Z. The recording was created days after the lawsuit was dropped.

JAY-Z has launched a lawsuit against his rape accuser, stating that Jane Doe took part in an “evil conspiracy” against him. The suit reads the woman admitted to attorney Tony Buzbee the assault never happened. Buzbee and lawyer David Fortney are also sued.

According to TMZ, the suit highlights Buzbee as a leader, urging the woman “to go forward with the false narrative of the assault” in hopes of “a maximum payday.”

The suit was filed in the state of Alabama, with Hov requesting the woman’s identity be withheld, permitting the use of Jane Doe, due to a “history of mental illness and medical vulnerabilities, including instances of self-harm.”

Hov is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.
