BAD BUNNY: Hit With $16 Million Lawsuit

Bad Bunny was served with a $16 million lawsuit by a woman claiming he used her voice without permission – twice
Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera alleged that Benito sampled her spoken voice on the 2018 song “Solo de Mi” and “EoO” from his 2025 album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos. In the audio, Rivera says, “Mira, puñeta, no me quiten el perrero,” which roughly translates to, “Look, [a-hole], don’t take away the perreo,” which is another term for reggaeton.
Rivera recorded the line at the request of Bad Bunny’s producer, Roberto J. Rosado. They were theater students in college. Her lawsuit claimed that they never informed her that the recording would be used commercially. (Entertainment Weekly)
